Official check-in time is 6:00 PM, and early check-in is subject to hotel availability.

Check-out time is no later than 12:00 PM (noon).

Only the Gregorian calendar will be considered for bookings. After confirming the reservation, reviewing the details with the guest, and receiving the booking payment, the reservation cannot be modified or canceled.

Breakfast is free for children under 5 years old, with a maximum of two children per room.

Your reservation will be confirmed according to the details mentioned in the confirmation message sent to you. Therefore, please ensure the correct check-in date, number of nights, number of rooms, and the booking holder’s name before transferring the booking payment.

In some cases, the hotel may require a security deposit at the reception, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The reservation will be automatically canceled if payment is not transferred within two hours of sending this message.

Confirmed bookings during Ramadan are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified.

Rooms in most hotels have twin beds, except for some hotels. Requests for double beds are subject to availability upon arrival.

If connecting rooms or rooms with an internal door are requested, a recommendation will be sent to the hotel. However, this cannot be guaranteed by the company as it depends on the hotel’s availability.

Hotel reservations do not include parking, and additional fees may apply.

Same-day confirmed bookings may take between one to two hours after the official check-in time to be fully confirmed with the hotel.

The hotel reservation number is usually sent within 24 hours prior to the check-in date, and it will be shared with you as soon as it is received from the hotel.
